CRYOGAS specializes in the design, manufacturing & installation of Multi-Layer Super Insulated Vacuum Jacketed Piping system for transfer of cryogenic liquids. Cryogenic pipelines are available in different types and sizes.

Multi-layer vacuum insulation pipelines are designed to transfer cryogenic liquids over a given distance without boiling the cryogenic liquid and incurring the costly losses associated with un-insulated transfer lines. We design and manufacture Made to Measure vacuum insulated piping to suit any application in standard and purpose build sizes.

We offer V.J. lines based on customers’ isometric as well as layout diagram. CRYOGAS also takes up complete turnkey contract from concept designing to commissioning at site.

At customers’ requests, CRYOGAS Equipment also carries out cold shock Liquid Nitrogen testing at the factory during FAT, which confirms total compliance and ready to use status before despatch.

Flexible vacuum super insulated line utilizes bellows for inner transfer line and outer vacuum jacketing with extremely thermal efficient multi layer insulation under high degree of vacuum.
