For locations without steam, hot water or sufficient electrical power available, our designs with diesel – or gas burners are the solution. The combustion heat can be used either indirectly in a water bath or in a circulating water system.

Both vaporizer coil as combustion air pipes are fully submerged into stainless steel water bath. The cryogenic natural gas or diesel fired vaporizers are typically delivered as higher flow back-up vaporizers and are delivered complete with burners and controls. Depending on the exact usage in which you will deploy our products, further customization may be a part of the design and construction.

For over 10 years, CRYOGAS offers Water Heated Vaporizers in association with Cryonorm B.V. Holland.

Full stainless steel vessel with vaporizer coil and electrical heaters submerged in the heating medium e.g. water/glycol. For higher flows, vessel is equipped with agitator in order to ensure proper heat transfer.

Depending on your exact site conditions and based on the vast experience CRYOGAS has to offer, we are able to design tailor-made electrically heated vaporizers deployable for just about every possible project or site you have at hand.

Your needs and demands may include specified gas control and available power supply, while all vaporizers are delivered with a control cabinet and heating elements.

All electrically heated vaporizers meet safe area requirements or ATEX regulations, if required.

Holland.The steam heated water bath vaporizer is a typical Air Separation plant back-up vaporizer, it consists of a full stainless steel vessel with vaporizer coil submerged in the water. Water to be heated by means of steam injection, for such steam injectors are placed in the bottom part of the vessel in order to minimize noise.Steam heated water bath vaporizer (indirect heating)Vaporisers are equipped with steam governor and manual by-pass valves. Condensation is normally gravity-drained into a sump, on request Cryonorm can also offer condensate recovery systems.On request, a second coil for pressure building can be installed in the water bath. Steam heated vaporizer (direct heating)The direct steam heated vaporiser has no intermediate heating medium, steam is injected straight onto the tube bundle in which the gas will be vaporised. With this design, high flows can be obtained with small footprints. As such this type is mostly used for mobile applications for the purging of pipe lines, tanks etc. Cryogenic Gases: LOX, LIN, LNG, LAr, LCO2 etc.

For over 10 years, CRYOGAS offers Water Heated Vaporizers. CRYOGAS develops both coil in shell as shell in tube design, both designs full stainless steel. Based on flow, water temperature, working pressure and available pressure drop, CRYOGAS will offer the best suitable design.

Heating medium is water coming from cooling water, a well or any other source.
For closed water circuits, vessels will be designed as pressure vessel. If water can be gravity-drained, the vessel will be atmospherically designed.

The warm water bath vaporizer is equipped with controls for the warm water system, the main product coil and if installed, the PB coil. An anti frost heater can be mounted in the vessel to protect the vessel during periods when the complete system is shut down and ambient temperatures are below zero.
